Kourtney Kardashian lists home in Calabasas, CA for $795K art

Celebutante Kourtney Kardashian has listed her three-bedroom house in Calabasas, Calif. for $795,000.

Kardashian, 30, clearly expects to take a loss on the 2,245-square-foot house, which she purchased in 2006 for $829,000. TMZ.com, which is not only our favorite website but also our favorite television show, wrote today about the listing, which came on the market on March 7. Harvey and the gang over at TMZ reported that Kardashian and her baby daddy, Scott Disick, need larger digs given the birth of their son, Mason, on Dec. 14.

Built in 1987, the house sits in the gated Creekside community in Calabasas and has three baths, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom window treatments, a refrigerated wine closet, a marble bath, a fireplace, skylights, vaulted ceilings, a third bedroom that currently is used as a built-in study with lighted cabinets, a two-car attached garage with built-in storage and a private yard with a covered patio, a fountain and lush landscaping.
