Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) — Developers of Deutsche Bank AG’s $3.9 billion Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas modified interior designs more than 10 times and must pump around the clock to contain groundwater, condo buyers allege in a lawsuit.
